We want you to feel beautiful and confident in your V. Chapman pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain returns to ensure the sustainability of our boutique operations.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned garment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
